FORT WORTH, Texas (July 26, 2009) – “It is a favorable time to buy or sell a home, according to our associates who earned top honors during the second quarter," said Sue Meyer, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW).
