Lakewood, TX (May 31, 2009) – Award-winning sales associate Lee Lamont has announced a new team, Lamont Real Estate, within the Lakewood office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW).
“Lee has been a top producer and a wonderful resource for Coldwell Banker homebuyers and sellers since he joined this office in 2003,” says branch manager Kathy Darrow. “He’s expanding his team to provide even more in-depth services in the eastern quadrant of the metroplex.”
The new team includes:
Grant Hudson, a certified specialist in high-end relocation properties, 10-year industry professional and multi-million-dollar producer. He is a graduate of the MetroTexas Leadership program and a committee member for the group. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker he was a top producer for a leading Dallas real estate broker.
Erika Warfield, a licensed Realtor and business partner of Grant Hudson. The partners have a passion for mid-century architecture and the neighborhoods of White Rock Lake, Highland Park, the Park Cities, Preston Hollow and Oak Cliff as evidenced by their ability to cross-network these areas.
Jim Hagan, an experienced associate and licensed Realtor with a background in REO business and foreclosure properties. “The real estate market is more challenging and complex than ever before, and Jim brings a specific kind of expertise to both buyers, sellers and lender-managed properties,” says Mr. Lamont.
The newly formed team focuses on Lakewood, Lake Highlands, White Rock Lake, the M Streets, Forest Hills, Highland Park, University Park and resort properties on Cedar Creek Lake. They also work with historical and period homes, luxury new construction, and upscale golf and waterfront properties.
A native of Leeds, England, Mr. Lamont was director of sales for an international high-tech corporation before joining Coldwell Banker. “Lee brought 10 years of successful multi-million-dollar sales and marketing experience to Coldwell Banker,” says Ms. Darrow.
“His annual sales put him in the top two percent of all Coldwell Banker Realtors worldwide — the prestigious International President’s Circle. He’s a great asset to the buyers and sellers who rely on a market savvy professional for their transactions,” says Ms. Darrow.
A homeowner in the Lakewood area and investor in other local neighborhoods, Mr. Lamont says: “I appreciate the charm, character and uniqueness offered in Lakewood as well as the lifestyle convenience new construction provides. This is a kind of ‘burbs in the city’ and very appealing to buyers and home owners.”
He and his wife Kelly have two children, Grace and Luke, and a third child, Hope Maria, born May 20. They live in Lakewood and are active participants in schools, civic activities and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
