Fort Worth, TX (February 22, 2009) – “Homebuyers and sellers will benefit from being a part of our first $24K Event,” said Sue Meyer, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW). “A sales associate from any real estate company will be eligible to win $24,000 by bringing us a buyer and closing a transaction for a $24K Event listing.
“This event, featuring hundreds of beautiful homes in a wide price range, represents our commitment to present listings to the largest number of potential buyers. This will increase the exposure of a participating home as the program provides added incentive to sales associates to bring qualified buyers.”
Ms. Meyer recently met with top associates with the most sales in 2008 in CBDFW’s Fort Worth offices. Included are: Tanglewood office – Ann Corley, Pat Safian, Michael Phillips, Laurie Kelfer and DeWayne Peebles. From the Westside office – Shirley Hallmark, Pete Harrell, Cam Beight, Tim Young, and Susan Brown and Christine Zunker, who tied for fifth.
Sellers can enroll through their sales associate to take part in the additional exposure the event is creating. Sellers will have a sign rider that designates their home as a $24K Event participant. CBDFW will also utilize multimedia marketing, advertising, and e-mail campaigns to promote the event.
“The $24K Event is an example of Coldwell Banker meeting the needs of individuals listing their homes and helping move the real estate market in the right direction,” Ms. Meyer said.
