This increases the exposure of a participating home as the program provides added incentive to sales associates to bring qualified buyers.”
The 2009 event was so successful that it was brought back in response to popular demand. “In our continued effort to expose our listings to as many potential buyers as possible, we’ve added a new twist. This year’s $24,000 prize will be split between the listing and buyer’s agents,” says Meyer.
The $24K Event will launch an impressive multimedia marketing and public relations program. Homes listed with CBDFW will be promoted through email campaigns, CBDFW.com, on-line marketing, newspaper advertising and advertorials and more. Sellers may choose to place a sign rider on their yard signs designating their home as a $24K Event participant.
In addition to CBDFW associates’ participation, other licensed Realtors in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex also may benefit if they bring a buyer and subsequently close on a participating listing. Sellers may enroll through their Coldwell Banker sales associate to take part in the additional exposure the event will create.
Dicksie McManus, the 2009 $24K Event winner, says she will be participating in the program again this year. “Winning the $24K prize last year was the highlight of my real estate career,” she notes. “It was great to offer my sellers a more high-profile way to market their homes, help them sell their properties and end up with a marvelous reward.”
