Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth's parent company, NRT, was ranked the No. 1 residential real estate brokerage firm in the U.S. in the May 2010 Real Trends 500 report for both closed sales volume and closed transaction sides.
The company posted approximately $107 billion in closed sales volume and handling 274,179 sides.
The report is compiled and distributed by REAL Trends, Inc., a publishing and communications company considered to be a leading source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage industry.
In addition, NRT was ranked No. 1 in RISMedia's 22nd annual Power Broker Report, which is available at http://rismedia.com/. This is the 13th consecutive year in which NRT earned the top spot nationwide for both closed sales volume and closed transaction sides, according to a company representative.
