Fort Worth, TX, (May 24, 2009) – "Our offices in Fort Worth are sales leaders," said Sue Meyer, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW). "Of our 19 offices in the Metroplex, the Tanglewood office placed number one in sales in 2008 and number one in sales in March of this year. The Westside office was number one in sales in the Metroplex in February of this year."
Mrs. Meyer attributes the success of the offices to the leadership of office managers, Betsy Senter at Tanglewood and Moiri Brown at Westside. Their office associates include Betsy Senter, Donna Galvan, Meghann Hewitt, Kristin Huppe, Brady Smith, Moiri Brown, Terry Mayo, Darla Robinson and Chris Mayo.
Commenting on the reason for success in this challenging economic climate, Mrs. Brown said that all of her associates provide remarkable service to their customers. "They also continue to remain current on how to make real estate transactions as easy as possible," she said.
Mrs. Senter added that the company has one of the best training programs in the country. "Coupled with the information that we provide on our Web site, our associates' training really pays off for our customers," she said.
Not to rest on its laurels, the company is off to a great start in 2009. According to Trendgraphix, Inc, CBDFW has led in sales and listings in Tarrant County during the first quarter. The company sold 601 homes (or 8.4% of all homes sold) and sold 363 homes that were listed (or 10.1% of all listings sold).
