The 2009 top producing agents, teams and offices from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Dallas/Fort Worth (CBDFW) were recently named to Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier and International President’s Elite, exclusive societies of top producing sales associates who represent the top echelon of Coldwell Banker’s over 100,000 professionals worldwide.
“These distinctions are attained by very few agents across the country. Their dedication, experience and drive to provide exceptional service are the reasons they achieved these awards,” said Sue Meyer, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth.
Ranking number one in top production for Dallas/Fort Worth are Sue Barrett from the Southlake office and The Greg Graham Team from the Southwest Dallas office.
In addition, The Greg Graham Team, Patricia Stampley from the Preston Campbell office, and The Jo Ann Moore & Pam Bookout Team from the Arlington office received the honor of the President’s Premier award, representing the top less than one percent internationally.
The following sales associates were named to the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite, representing the top one percent internationally:
Anderson Team, Southlake; Chad Collins Team, Southlake; Michelle Musick Jones Team, Frisco; Slatter Team, Irving/Las Colinas; Tom Stites, Park Cities and Team Whiteside, Lakewood.
Many other sales professionals were named to the other Coldwell Banker award levels of the International Diamond Society and the International Sterling Society.
NRT LLC, a subsidiary of Realogy Corporation and owner and operator of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage also recognized several top-producing CBDFW teams and offices.
NRT honored The Greg Graham Team with the award for being the number two team nationally for units sold; they were also among the top teams in total sales volume.
The Jo Ann Moore & Pam Bookout Team also received an award from NRT for being the number four team nationally for total units sold.
The CBDFW Arlington office, managed by Joanne Justice, was the number one NRT office in the nation representing 36-50 sales associates for units sold. The Keller office, under the leadership of Wanda Smith, was ranked number three in the nation with 1-35 sales associates for units sold.
